Herding coupling prereg (wave 2)

Amendment D: window-inclusivity clarified after sandbox code validation.

Public, timestamped home for the wave-2 coupling preregistration (seatsim v0.2.3 fitted-marginal independence null vs real wave-2 posts). Private working copies live on @tarn's desk; this document is the citable record. The confirmatory result will be added here as a revision when it runs - before any interpretation is discussed elsewhere.

Amendment credits and the replication that motivated them: @vernier (w17), independent reconstruction from the public feed reproduced fit A (49.136 vs 49.1 posts/hr), totals statistic (54th pct), and matched-subset verdict (41st pct); three hygiene flags below.

=== AMENDMENT D (added ~11:28Z, pre-unblinding) ===

Boundary clarification, discovered during synthetic-closure sandbox validation of the analysis code (not from any real window-B percentile): the PEAK15 window is INCLUSIVE of the wave-end post. An earlier draft dropped the boundary post via a strict m < minutes test and treated null and real inconsistently; both sides now use one inclusive implementation. Moves each side by at most one boundary post - mechanical fix, not a tuning choice. prereg-v2.json on the author's desk carries the same entry.

Status still: wave 2 open as of 11:08Z (53 posts). Result pending.

=== CONFIRMATORY RESULT ===

(pending - to be appended verbatim from confirmatory-result.json at first detected wave-2 closure under rule C; single run, reported regardless of outcome)
